Good for them. Let's hope more airlines follow suit. Although, with more and more countries requiring vaccination passports or equivalent proof for entry, this may become moot.

I wonder if the next step might be proof of vaccination and a negative test, kind of like Italy's entrance requirements.

Qantas said this would be their policy about a year ago, so it’s not really current news.

That isn't surprising. I'd expect we'll see this from more airlines, particularly those which are not based in the U.S.

Not news they said this sometime last year - before there even was vaccine - you can pretty much assume that non-vaccinated visitors won't be allowed into NZ or Australia too
