I accidentally had all of us put down 17:40 as our departure time , but it should be 17:30. Considering the airlines change times anyway, I’m assuming I don’t have to redo this. What do you think?

You probably also gave your flight number and carrier, yes? If so, don't even worry about it. If they need to find you, they'll be able to w/the rest of the information on the form.

You can also go back and edit the details on the forms you submitted. At least I did.
