It doesn’t really address Europe much—-it’s more about Caribbean resorts, cruises, safaris.
And he doesn’t mention carrying a Binax Now monitored test kit as a way to test before returning to the US, instead of trying to find a test site in the foreign country. That would have been more helpful, I think.
