How to change accomodations to isolate in France

I'm trying to make backup plans for a June/July trip to France for our family - husband, me, and kids 12 and 14. We have a few one night hotel stays but are mostly in AirBnB apartments for the extra space and kitchen. But if we get COVID, we would probably run out of time in that place and need to move. I can see places on Booking.com that would work; their COVID page is all about cancellation policies and does not seem to restrict making a reservation when positive. Has anyone had experience doing that? Or other suggestions for finding a new place?
And if the new place was not within walking distance, can you arrange for a taxi ride with extra precautions? (health taxi rides seem to be a service for French citizens, possibly with something like a prescription, so I'm wondering if they are available to tourists, maybe with help from public health or a pharmacy?)

The special taxi rides you mention are meant to take people to hospitals, not an option here (I hope).
Wear a good mask (kn95 or the like), open the window in the cab, and that'll be the best you can do unless someone comes up with a better idea.
