Has anyone submitted their foreign covid test costs to their US flexible spending account for reimbursement?

With my HSA, I have a credit/debit card, I am assuming I can just use that, but have not tried yet. HSA's and FSA's do have different rules though.

I’m sending mine in with all the notes and caveats, and will see what happens. Health costs incurred overseas are definitely eligible expenses, even sunscreen or bandages.
