Does anyone know if this self test with a proctor via Azova is okay for re-entry into US? I keep seeing info on Binax by Abbott but not much on Flowflex. Thanks!

I do not know, but do check the technical requirements for the test. It has been reported on the forum that one company (not Abbott/Binax) states that its proctored tests require a PC/laptop and cannot be taken with a tablet or smartphone.

Right there on the main page it says "Now you can take the FlowFlex SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test with you when you travel and take the test from wherever you are to meet re-entry COVID-19 testing requirements for the United States. AZOVA and ACON have partnered to provide this service to you."
This looks like an updated version of the Ellume Azova test that Delta promoted last year, and which I used to re-enter the country last August.

Abbott confirms BinaxNow detects the Omicron variant; you might want to check if it's the case for the brand you plan to use.
