Finland dropping all covid entry restrictions June 30

Finland is joining the no covid related entry restrictions club on June 30. This leaves Portugal, Spain, France and the Netherlands as countries still with some type of covid related entry requirements.

I believe that the Netherlands does not require testing as long as you have proof of vaccination or proof of recovery.
