Eurostar travel from UK to Paris covid test question

Upon booking our Eurostar travel it gave warnings if not fully vaccinated that we would need a covid test. We are partially but not considered fully vaccinated. Has anyone had experience with this if they are still checking and if we would need a covid test prior to travel? I’ve looked on the French websites and everything looks open so it looks like old information? Thank you,
Sarah

I think you have old info. I traveled last fall 2022 - St Pancras to Gare du Nord. I don't remember any Covid checks such as vaccine cards or test results.

Enjoy your trip.

This is what it says on the 'Travel Requirements' Page of the Eurostar website-
IMPORTANT: Please check the travel rules in both your destination country and the country you’re returning to – requirements do vary.

1) DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK ON BOARD?

For everyone’s comfort, we recommend wearing a mask on board our trains.

2) ALL PASSENGERS REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS

You’re not required to present a vaccination, recovery or negative test certificate to travel to France. There are no forms to complete or quarantine requirements either. This applies to ALL travellers, irrespective of nationality or vaccination status. Full details on the French government website (in French).

3) WHAT LOCAL RULES APPLY TO VISITORS TO FRANCE?

The French government strongly recommends that face masks are worn on public transport.

And this is what it says on the hyper linked French website- https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/en/covid-19/international-travel

Mobilising on a weekly basis up to 6,000 members of the civil security
service to carry out tests, border guards to check travellers’ health
documents and internal security forces to oversee the isolation or
quarantine measures decreed by the prefects, this mechanism was duly
adjusted in response to the changing health conditions and Community
regulations. In light of the latest developments in the pandemic, the
port health control system has been discontinued, pursuant to the law
terminating the emergency measures instituted to combat the COVID-19
outbreak. Accordingly, the rules previously applied to travellers to
France no longer apply effective from 1 August 2022: Travellers are
now exempt from any formalities prior to entry into France, be it in
mainland France or overseas, and no longer required to present a
health pass, regardless of the country or place of departure;
Justification of travel (the “compelling reason”) is no longer
required; Travellers are no longer required to present a sworn
statement of non-contamination and an undertaking to undergo an
antigen test or screening upon arrival in the country. The same
applies to travel between mainland France and each of the overseas
territories. Similarly, the French authorities no longer require any
justification for outgoing travel from France, be it from mainland
France or overseas, or any exit clearance to travel to another
country. However, foreign countries may continue to apply specific
entry measures and formalities.

Or, you could just get fully vaccinated and then you wouldn't have to worry if the website is updated...just sayin'
