Try starting over using a different browser. That worked for me when I filled form out wrong.

I had/have much trouble with this PLF also. My difficulty came with I believe a glitch in their system. They input the wrong time zone... I had listed CA flight info but the time zone they had was NY and i didn't notice til too late. When i went back to correct it, the form kept telling me i had the wrong time/date for all of my flights! I tried it over MANY times, spent about 10 hrs trying to do this, different browsers, different email, etc. And you're right, no help that i could find anywhere. In the end, I found that they (supposedly) accept a "Self Declaration Form for Travel to Italy" which you can google. We'll see if i can get on the plane with this. Good luck!

I did find I required a few attempts to figure out the system, but once I did, it went smoothly.

Couple notes, they want all segments of your flight, so start with your local airport and flight. Note that the system still only list ATL and JFK in the US, from covid flight days, so your airport will be "Other" then below, type in your airport.

Then do date, time in 24 hour format, and check the time zone, and change if needed.

It is clunky in that you do the same for arrival at the next airport, then second leg, you need to re-enter the same airport information for departure.

Difficulty level for me: I have 4 legs to get to Rome, three US airports, none of which is ATL or JFK, and two airports in Europe.

To Rosemaries point, the system keeps track of times, and will not let you put in an earlier time for the next segment.
