hello all,
i am traveling to germany, italy, malta and the netherlands starting may 17. i know malta requires a dplf and italy recently eliminated its requirement. question is does germany and the netherlands require one? i think they don't but just want to make sure. i am fully vaccinated with two boosters, the most recent being in april.

Just returned from Germany. No tracker forms required, but must be fully vaccinated. Our CDC cards were only checked by one hotel.
