Delta TrustAssure problem--KLM can I go to gate agent a week early and get cleared?

Flying Next week--help! I've tried to upload CDC card 2X. I get error mssg saying "elapsed time from final dose has expired." Booster shot is on the back of the CDC card is labeled (in fine print) as 12/20/21 but it has a hand-written date of 5/8/21 at the top--which was the "return for 2nd vaccine" reminder. I think Trust assured is just picking up the 5/8/21 date. If I go to the gate agent at the airport, can they manually enter the info/clear for travel a week prior to my flight to Italy. Also, flying KLM on a Delta issued ticket. So, should I go to KLM or Delta agent? I don't want to be denied travel next week.

what about 10 days prior to check in? We're near the airport and I'd prefer not to worry. Will they OK it now, or only at check in?

Call and ask - they would know whereas someone there would not have reason to know.

I can tell this is worrying for you. You meet the criteria for entrance to Italy and there should be no problem on your flight date. Even though I was able to enter my card on the Delta site I still had to show it at the bag drop (along with passport and the PLF I needed for France at that time). I'd say at least half of the people I've talked with over the last few weeks could not get information loaded into the FlyReady app. It's a pretty awful product.

If it will make you feel better, go to the airport when no flights are scheduled and see what they say, then let us know. I think even with reassurance from us this is going to gnaw at you.

thanks. it's for my college kid going on study abroad flying from USA thru AMS to Italy and at first glance traveling via AMS seemed a bit worrisome, but after reviewing official Netherlands' website, that seems fine.
It's a bit of a pain to go to airport--so since many (reading online) have said they've had issues--and she's Pfizer vaccinated with booster 12/2021, with her CDC card with printed stickers clearly reflecting this (vs. my CDC card that has some handwritten scribble from nurses), we'll just go at check in. I thought the TrustAssure was a mandatory pre-clearance.

I’m glad it all went smoothly. I hope she has a wonderful study abroad experience!
