Good Evening,
I have been trying to upload my documentation through Delta's Fly Ready program and I keep getting errors that the website through Trust Assure cannot be accessed. Has anyone else had any issues with the program?
Thanks!
Amanda
I tried to enter vaccination our info onto Delta's system but kept getting an error message that flight was not found. We provided our CDC vaccine cards to Air France at the gate
prior to our departure to Europe on 11/12. We uploaded our CDC vaccine cards and covid test results onto the Air France website before our return flight on 12/2. Our boarding pass said Ready to Fly. We printed and signed the attestation form and turned it in to Air France at CDG before boarding our flight back to the US.
We uploaded all of our documents to Fly Ready before returning from Paris last week, received the approval email...and still had to show them all at CDG anyways. We asked the Air France agent why, and she just shrugged and said she's required to "check everything."
My experience is similar to Abby's experience. I returned from Germany in September and in October on Delta via Frankfurt. I uploaded my negative COVID-19 test results both times. On the first return trip, I showed the ticket counter agent the Fly Ready website that showed my documents were uploaded. She looked at me like I had three heads and asked for a hard copy of the results. I didn't even bother the second time; I just showed the ticket counter agent the hard copies.
Thank you everyone. After many attempts with the result, “unable to verify”, I gave up. I’ll show the results today when I check in.

I cannot access Delta Fly Ready on app. It's simply not showing up under My Trips. It also doesn't pop up after I access My Trips on computer. if I directly type in Delta Fly Ready on my computer it comes up, but doesn't accept my info. Ten days out from checking in. Is that the problem?
@Andersonl991, I have been having the same problem with finding the FlyReady section on the Delta app. I just went in and typed FlyReady in the search function in the app and it came right up. I was able to add the jpeg of my vax card and it's "under review". I'll go back in the day before travel and fill out the attestation. I'll probably also print that out and take it with me in case a paper copy is needed. Interestingly my passport information had been transferred over from another part of the app.
Thank you so much Pam. I was able to get in. Appreciate your help!
You are welcome.
BTW, I've already gotten an email from TrustAssureNotifications saying my Vax card was verified so that took under an hour.
Pam and others, I am not seeing in Delta FlyReady the proof of vax as a document to upload now. I thought it was required before. Was it changed because of Italy’s change in policy where covid test prior to arrival is not required? It isn’t logical to me. Could it have been just a system upgrade yesterday?
Sharon, did you find it? I am having difficulty getting into the FlyReady app this afternoon. I have to keep signing in and it doesn't take me anywhere. I need to try it in the AM when I am fresh! Yeesh.....
I have been attempting to access the Delta App for a month (leaving 30Mar for Italy). I only get a "whoops we are having website difficulties and take your documents to the airport early) message. I have never been able to access ANY of the information provided (supposedly) by this App.
I spoke with a Delta agent on another manner, and the best I could get is "sometimes it just doesn't work - take your docs to the airport 4 hours before departure".
Sigh........
I would like to have the opportunity to upload a poor image. So far (2 months) unable to get FlyReady to open. Last call to rep 10 days ago she advised sometimes "it just doesn't work". Presently waiting 2 hours +++ for a Delta call back....again.
Well fun facts (?) from Delta about FlyReady.
Promised a return call by Delta in 2 hours & 6 minutes - actually 5+ hours, but I digress.
Representative who obviously had no idea about my issues told me everything would be ok......or not, just present docs at checking at airport and all would be good. What if not? 2 years of waiting, months of planning, hotel deposits made and some agent doesn't like my CDC cards? What then?
When pressed agent placed me on hold (20+ minutes), returned and said he another agent and supervisor had examined everything with the FlyReady App and concluded the following:
The "challenges" he saw from his research.
1: It may (or may not by report) be impossible to access the app until 72 hours before departure. Makes no sense, doesn't leave much time to correct any issues. We are 13 days from departure.
2: IF the return (or any leg) of your itinerary is on a partner airlines (KLM in this case) the app appears to be usless - not allowed. However it does appear when docs are presented on the departing flight (Delta) the info "should" flow through to KLM for the return.
For GAIL i would be interested to see if you have any success actually accessing the FlyReady App from either airline.
As we are in Atlanta my plan is to drive down to Hartsfield one day next week and present my docs to the customer service counter to see if they can process them that way. Just am not excited about going to the airport on departure date with NO IDEA if my documents are acceptable. Can't even get into the website to access the checklist - useless.
Aimee: Two different Android phones, two Android tablets, laptop, desktop x 2, Edge, Chrome, Firefox. NOTHING allows me to access the app at this time. EXTREMELY frustrated.
Delta could have answered all my questions by noting (somewhere) that the "button" is not active until 72 hours prior to departure. Three calls to DL with a total of 7+ hours of call back time and this was not stated. Even today the agent advised me that '"might" be the issue.
Sometimes the simple answer is best.
Supposedly the other function of this app was to give customers a checklist to make sure they had jumped through all the hoops. Not very helpful 72 hours prior to departure IMO.
John, what makes you think the Delta desk agent would not accept a CDC card? They look at them all day long. Many people on the forum have traveled and I don’t recall anyone having their card turned down by the airline.
I traveled on Delta from Spokane WA to Paris last Sept. The staffer was clearly not used to checking in someone who was going to continue on an International flight and tried to tell me I needed a negative Covid test so I just asked her to reread the section on her screen about fully vaxx’d travelers to France. She didn’t bat an eye at my CDC card.
People have used them all over Europe where people can’t even read the English on the card and they’ve been accepted.
To me the FlyReady and the acceptance of the CDC cards are different unrelated issues. You are not going to have trouble at a check in desk with your CDC card.
More of a planner I guess. No there should be no issues with our CDC cards (although as medical people we got our 1st vaccines VERY early and they were filled out handwritten which by report has caused occasional issues) Given a choice I would prefer to do all this in advance rather than potentially being one of those people going crazy at check-in....we have all seen that drill.
The fine folks at Delta attempted to bump my wife as she was flying single ATL to Vail 3 weeks ago. Apparently decided that as she was flying by herself that day she did not need to get there on Saturday - to meet the chartered bus with 25 other people. Also 6-7 seats oversold on my flights to and from Denver. Just confusion and unhappy folk at check-in. Our flight to FCO has been showing completely full for a month.
Just the times I guess, all designed to make us ALL a little more crazy. Can't wait to get to Tuscany and sip some wine. Not our first rodeo, 20 some trips to Europe past 25 years, just like to be "squared away" as we said in the military :)
My CDC card was also handwritten by folks at the vax clinic at the local hospital for the 1st 2 and by the pharmacist at Walgreens for the booster. No problem in the least with Delta in my local airport. At least in Atlanta you can climb the supervisory chain if needed.
And yes, let's all get to our lovely European destinations and rejoice in the fact that we are able to travel and are there!!
With 13 days to go before we depart for France, we decided today was the day to take on Delta Fly Ready.
I uploaded both a download of my vaccines from my clinic and a photo of the actual CDC card, while my husband uploaded just the photo. We were both vaccine verified within 30 minutes.
I didn't find the EU Digital Passenger Locator Form all that user friendly, but we finally got it completed after doing some pages 3 or more times (remember to save before continuing or referring to the user manual).
Husband got an email that he was DELTA FLY READY! but I didn't. I had to log out of my account and back in for it to find the completed Locator Form and to give me the green screen that I was DELTA FLY READY!
Fly ready insists I need to enter a Covid test result for my 15 year old daughter who is fully vaccinated. This is not required for her to enter France. Why is FlyReady demanding this information ( which we do not have)?
"Why is FlyReady demanding this information"
Because the FlyReady app does not work well. Do not fool with it any more and just give yourselves time to check in at the desk at the airport. Really, it will just frustrate you otherwise. They will still need to see your passport and CDC cards when you check in no matter what you've downloaded into the app.
Because when they change the programming for under 18s they didn’t really fix it. So it defaults to the way it was originally programmed. And originally people under 18 couldn’t get a shot. Don’t take it out on the agent but be sure to tell them to log your complaint. Delta needs to pull this abomination out of their system and go buy the one that works.
Delta FlyReady is a waste of time. I got a negative Covid test the day before departing from Zurich. I uploaded it and two hours later got a confirmation that my negative test result was accepted. I checked into Delta the next day in Zurich but the first thing I had to show was my negative Covid result on a piece of paper.
Delta's FlyReady is a joke... We're travelling to France this July and while two of our family members (parents) were able to enter our CDC cards successfully, our fully vaccinated two minor children were only given the option to upload negative COVID-19 test results, which aren't required by France currently. The agent said we had to physically bring their cards to check-in. So no time saved...
