Monitored or for self knowledge?.
If for self use, any Boots or Superdrug pharmacies should have them. If no, ask at your hotel.

Just in case there is a language issue.....
A monitored self-test could also be described as a proctored test or a telemedicine test. These tests require that the testing be done under the supervision of a trained professional and result in an official test result that one can use for travel., etc.
The other type, an over the counter self-test is one that you give yourself and is just for your personal knowledge and can't be used as an official test.

if you just want LFT, any pharmacy. Larger supermarkets often have a pharmacy counter.

I just want to self test a couple of times the week before we fly back to the US. I just wish this would all go away !
