COVID quarantine regulations in Italy---specifically in Sicily

My husband and I are fully vaccinated and twice boosted. But we're still concerned about testing positive just before joining the tour. Does anyone know Italy's requirements for quarantine? I've seen that there have been RS tour members who've tested positive and have had to quarantine for 5 days. But no city/country was specified. And there was no mention of having to test negative before being released from quarantine.

My husband had covid in February which was very, very mild thankfully and he recovered quickly. He later tested negative using one of the government issued tests but my concern is that he still has covid antibodies that will show up on a perhaps more sensitive test. I am told we have to submit to a covid test upon entry to Sicily so we are going to test ourselves with a BINAX Now test a week before we leave for our tour just in case. If one of us tests positive we will have time to get a note from the doctor that we are recovered. We will also have to test again before the tour starts and before we come home.
