Has anyone heard of the situation in these areas? Any word of if folks are getting stuck in quarantine before they fly back? Does anyone know where they are putting folks in quarantine in Dubrovnik?

I have read about people being put into quarantine but there doesn’t seem to be a comprehensive plan. If you travel, you have to plan to be flexible.
