My relative, who is a non-US citizen (British and Swiss passports), wants to visit the US. In order to save time, he wants to use the at-home, internet-proctored Binax Covid test before his flight. I can mail him the test kits.
Are there restrictions on nationality when it comes to such tests?
Both US and non-US citizens may use the Binax NOW Covid Test as long as the negative test result is supervised by a telehealth proctor.
I seem to recall that what one had to download to do the test had to be downloaded while one was in the US.
Do not recall the brand name that was mentioned. Suggest you make sure what you mail can be used without have to do a download possible only in the US
