Many thanks to Stephanie B., RS tour guide, for service over and beyond the call of duty.

My daughter, 13 year old granddaughter and I were halfway through a 14 day Best of Europe tour, when my daughter contracted Covid. It is impossible to articulate the chaos this development precipitated. I was, of course, very worried about my daughter, and my 13 year old granddaughter was distraught about her mother's welfare. Stephanie immediately and generously guided us through this disorienting experience with competence and kindness. Thank you from all of us.

Wonderful to hear that Rick Steves’ guides continue to be the best in the business. I would expect nothing less from them. I hope your daughter’s case is as mild as possible and not too hard on her.

Best wishes for your daughter, and I hope your granddaughter is coping well. Years ago when my sister was very ill and in the hospital, her daughter, the same age as your grand, was a wreck.
