Hey guys,
I'm going to be in Vienna in 2 weeks....very excited. My partner will be there with me, but as he is working with Eurovision (independent website interviews, coverage, et al.), it means I will be on my own most of the time. I was wondering if someone could recommend a heuriger to dine at. The only thing is that I'll be by myself and actually think that a heuriger that is MORE touristy might be more comfortable to socialize at. Now, I may be completely off base, but if this is true, is there one that you could recommend that has a more social atmosphere? As long as it has good food (and perhaps some music), I'll be fine, but was hoping someone might steer me toward one where I don't feel like a sore thumb being there by myself. I have no problems eating at regular restaurants by myself, but I've never gone stag to a biergarten before. Hopefully I've made sense and you guys can help me with recommendations.
