I have also been looking for food tours in Vienna. I found Secret Food Tours: https://www.secretfoodtours.com/. I have not used them yet, but have heard good things about this company from others (in various locations).

We enjoyed a coffee cake and chocolate “Triple C” tour quite a bit. Basically we had cake for lunch lol.

From what I know, there is a real gap here in Vienna for food tours. As written above, I made a DIY one not too long ago, which is likely better than anything you would pay for.
