It appears to be scrubbed from the main Forum menu. I'm not even sure how I first found it (I now use a bookmark).

On the primary navigation menu (upper left corner of this screen) Under Rick Steves' Europe" click: Watch, Read, Listen, then click Watch the TV Show, then in the main section, under Watch Full Episodes of Rick Steves' Europe, click "Join others discussing the show in Rick's TV Episodes forum."
Yeah, it's not exactly super-discoverable. (Shrug.) Not everything can be Priority #1.
