I have it on my calendar that this premieres April 1 but I can't find it on my local PBS station's calendar. Where else can I watch it tomorrow? Update: We're headed to Paris at the end of April so seeing it soon would be a great help in our planning. We're already mining the site and these great forums for information and tips. Thanks.
Different PBS stations air his shows at different times. I have 2 different PBS stations which very, very rarely show the same shows at the same time. If you have a PVR with a search function, you may find it. Mine only searches 10 days out, and the new show isn't listed yet ( the Seattle and the Boston stations). Eventually it will be included in the TV shows on the Watch Read Listen section of the website. Or download the PBS app.
Did you already see the preview? https://www.ricksteves.com/tv-programmers/best-of-paris
I searched our local PBS line up. Not scheduled in Detroit yet, but I see in Chicago, it's airing in May.
The RS youtube channel might be airing it soon?

I will be going to Paris for the first time early May and was looking forward to Best of Paris.
I do not know if it is on my PBS station this evening but I have plans anyway.
Usually it is repeated. And as others have suggested, it might show up on Rick Steves Europe soon.
If your local PBS station shows RS programming on a specific day of the week, then it will likely not air until that day/time. My local station (OPB) is airing it on Saturday the 4th at 7 p.m. in the usual RS time slot. You could contact the RS programming staff to find out, but my hunch is they don't post new episodes on YouTube until the local stations have the opportunity to air the full new season.
I just saw this linked on Rick’s FB page and I think it’s the new one on the opening page.
It was posted on YouTube today (April 2)
I went to PBS.org and I think that I have found Best of Paris. Here is a link:

It seems to be a combination of older material and new material.
It is very good.
I watched it on my laptop. It is not yet on my PBS television stations.
Thanks to all for helping me find this. It will help us prepare for our upcoming trip!
Watching it now. Mostly clips pasted together from previous shows. Nice, but nothing new. He repeats the exact same thing he did some years ago when he has the French cliche dishes at a bistro like soupe a l’oignon and the guide says those aren’t his favorite, and then he leaves the guide with his cognac, but a different guide than the previous episode.
