Van to Dogobayazit (Ishak Pasa palace) to Mardin to Ufra - basically drive Mesopotamia
Antalya as base and tour Perge, Aspendos, Side; can do side trip to Kas,
Kas as base and tour Kekova, islands and ??
Sirince as a base - not sure there is enough to do here for 4 to 5 days
Antalya and Sirince split 3 and 2 days - seems overly optimisitic

It has been over 10 years since we spent a month in Turkey touring a lot of areas where most people on this forum wouldn't venture.
We visited Dogobayazit (Ishak Pasa palace) as well as Ani, Van. From Van we flew to Cappadocia via Istanbul, rented a car and drove to Side Antalya and up along the coast.
Of your options, Antalya as base and tour Perge, Aspendos is great.
We flew from Istanbul to Trabzon, rented a car and drove up along the coast to Artvin and then inland to Ani and Kars, then alone to Dogobayazit.
With 4 or 5 days I would use Kas as a base, with day trips to Kastellorizo and Patara, giving you plenty of time for Kekova and all the other activities available in Kas.
