There are so many depending on what rings your photographic bells.Starting from west heading east here are some of my favourites.N.B.I am no photographer but have eyes to appreciate nice and/or unusual views :)
Dalyan for... the ruins of Kaunos, the Turtle rescue and rehabiliation centre
Fethiye for ...Pasapatur neighbourhood around the harbour,Kaya Köyü,the so-called ghost village,Kabak village,Faralya village,Çaliş beach, rather touristy but superb sunsets.Olü Deniz for the lagoon, ideally snapped from somewhere up on Babadağ Mountain.
Patara(Gelemiş)for... the ruins on the beach.
Kaş.....for sea views from the peninsula, quaint lanes.
Kekova/Simena/Uçağız for...every possible reason,sea views,culture,nature,village life etc.
Demre for....the rock tombs but also for the important wetlands if you like birds.
Olympos for...the ruins, the Chimera.
Kemer for....Mount Olympos and Phaselis site.
Sider for....the ruins right on the seafront.

Thanks you so much sarikanarya! You've given me a lot to go on :)
I was also thinking about Kaş and Kekova, but I'll look into the rest of your suggestions too!

We based ourselves in Patara, at Akay Pension, for six days and absolutely loved it. Kazim and his family are among the kindest people we met, and definitely the best cooks. We had our best food in Turkey here.

Here are a few more ideas of things to see:

From Kas you can take a daily ferry to/from the Greek island of Kastellorizo -- maybe 30 minutes? Kastellorizo is absolutely gorgeous. I think it's one of the prettiest of all the Greek islands. You'd get some great pictures there.

Saklikent Gorge is extremely photogenic. You can reach it from either Patara or Fethiye, and you can get some good photos without doing the hike through the gorge. However, if you are very fit (and brave) you can do the hike. Be sure to keep your camera in a waterproof carrier -- you will be walking through water and over slippery rocks. And choose your footwear carefully.

In Dalyan, take the river cruise to see the Lycian tombs, and be sure to go to the sea turtle rehab center.

Moving further north, near Datca you can see the ancient ruins of Knidos. It's not as amazing as Ephesus -- and it will be very hot in summer, because it has no shade -- but if you are interested in Greek ruins, it's worth a visit.

We loved that trip.

From Antalya to Fethiye thru the Lycian Way is the best route for me to see.
I did it many times . You can visit the tiny greek island from Kas too.
