Vegetarian Tavuk Gogsu in Istanbul

Hello fellow travelers!

This is my first time on this forum, so this may be a little off. I can't seem to find vegetarian "tavuk gogsu" anywhere online, and I will be traveling to Istanbul during the coming months. So, does anyone know of a place where I can get that famous Turkish chicken-breast pudding in Istanbul, but vegetarian? Thanks guys!

I think this dish is only made with chicken. That's what sets it apart from other desserts. It doesn't taste like chicken or have any meat consistency.

I found a few recipes by searching for "tavuk göğsü recipe without chicken". It is basically milk, flour, butter, sugar. But no indication this is served anywhere in Turkey.
