Has anyone taken a 2 continent food tour from Istanbul to Kadikoy and if so can you recommend a company that offers it. Actually any food tour info would be much appreciated.

Yes deedee, I took this tour in 2016, and enjoyed it. It is called “Two Markets, Two Continents”, and is offered by Culinary Backstreets Istanbul. It is pricey at $125 pp, but the tour lasts about 6 or 6.5 hours. When I took it, there were just 4 people plus the excellent guide. Lots of food, over many stops. A nice added feature was that at the end, I was given a small book describing about 50 small traditional locals restaurants in various parts of Istanbul, often famous for a particular dish or type of food. In subsequent visits to Istanbul, I sought out and enjoyed several of these places.

I've done a couple and they were both fantastic in their own way. The first was from PrivateIstanbulWalkingTours.com. The owener, Furkan always finds great new places for me to try. The other is IstanbulOnFood.com, which is fantastic as well. Both will leave you absolutely stuffed!
