Turkish Airlines - Touble Getting Refund

I had a round trip ticket for $3,000 to Israel in October Of course they canceled. Trying to get refund for six months. I purchased the ticket from Turkish Airlines directly. I filled out their request refund form twice. Still no refund. Any suggestions?

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, you might check to see what your options are with them.

Just double checking that you purchased your ticket directly with Turkish Airlines and there is no third party involved because that would change things a bit.

I had the same issue. I eventually settled for a credit voucher, because I knew I would be flying with them again.

I had to jump through a lot of hoops, though, because the voucher was supposed to be good on their website, but it didn't work. I kept calling their customer service, and they told me it could only be used at a Turkish Airlines ticket office, which is completely unworkable for me. The agents told me to submit feedback at https://www.turkishairlines.com/en-int/any-questions/customer-relations/feedback/. It took a lot of back and forth, but I finally got them to use the voucher to buy me the ticket I wanted.

If you are hoping for a reimbursement to your credit card, I wish you the best of luck. They are a great airline in the air, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. Back during Covid, Turkish was cancelling flights only about 2-3 weeks ahead. When mine was finally cancelled, I called their HQ in Turkey (the offices had already been closed down). I was on the phone for maybe 15 minutes, the agent spoke good English and was very accommodating. She may have offered me a voucher (too long ago to remember exact details) but raised no objections to my getting a full refund to my credit card. She said it would take up to a month. The credit appeared on my account 48 hours later.
