Do you need an E visa for Turkey? Are there other restrictions for cruise ship arrival, airport return home flights and Turkey travel beyond Istanbul.

You only need a valid passport.

Ordinary passport holders do not currently need a visa for less than 90 day stay.

And your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned entry date.
