I am looking for a bus tour of Turkey, something like Contiki, TopDeck or WSA Europe. Ideally it should be full of young students, etc. Is there any such organization that does Turkey?

WSA doesn't offer a Turkey tour. I notice both Contiki and TopDeck offer a number of itineraries in Turkey. One of my colleagues recommended Gecko Tours (http://www.geckosadventures.com) as one she really enjoyed that targets younger groups. In searching online I found https://www.gadventures.com/travel-styles/yolo/ and http://www.intrepidtravel.com/ you could explore. You could also try to contact a local travel agency for recommendations.

Definitely, there is no bus tour organized for only young people by local companies in Turkey. If you want to travel with young people, your best bet to stay in a hostel and find some young people in your hostel to travel with you.
