Turkey Entrance Form or HES

Do I need the HES (Hayat Eve Sugar) code , basically a health tracking code, for traveling in Turkey. I will be there this April

Please double check to make sure, but I think Turkey has stopped requiring HES codes. You do need a visa, though. You can get it at https://www.evisa.gov.tr/

Edit: That is correct. They stopped requiring HES codes in March 2022.
