We are staying in Antalya and have booked tickets to opera at the Aspendos Theatre. This begins at 2100. Does anyone have information on travel to and from Antalya for the performance. Where can we find the bus schedule to Serik and schedule for transportation on to Aspendos?

I hired a taxi to go from Antalya to Aspendos. The driver waited for several hours while I explored Aspendos. Of course, that was in 2022, and prices were much cheaper then.

Aspendos Opera nights are amazing — great choice 😊
Getting there from Antalya is doable, but public transport late at night can be a bit tricky, especially after a 21:00 performance.
To get there:
From Antalya you can take a bus or tram + bus combination to Serik (Antalya–Serik buses run frequently during the day). From Serik, Aspendos Theatre is about 7–8 km, so you would need a taxi or dolmuş for the final part. There is no regular public bus that goes directly to the theatre entrance.
Returning after the performance:
This is the harder part. After 23:00–23:30, buses from Serik back to Antalya are very limited or sometimes not available, and taxis at Aspendos are not guaranteed unless pre-arranged. Many visitors underestimate this part.
Recommendation:
