Will need transport from Ankara airport to center city hotel (2 of us). I understand taxis are somewhat reasonable. Does anyone know if they will take credit cards. If not, do they take euros or Turkish lira? Thanks.

You can confirm taxis take credit card prior to setting off in the taxi. Some do, some don’t. They have to accept Lira, but may accept Euros if you ask.

Do many or most of the taxi drivers speak enough English to negotiate the price and the method of payment?
