Just double-checking this, but it looks like the main site I was interested in — Topkapi — isn’t included in Rick’s The Best of Istanbul tour. I’ll make plans to tour it on my own if that’s the case. But can any previous tour members confirm this? Thanks!
It was included when we went a few years ago.
Looks like it’s still included or at least you can use the included museum pass to visit on your own.
You'll get at least 24 group sightseeing events — at no extra cost!
Here's what you'll see and do on our Best of Turkey tour: Multi-day Museum Pass, allowing free admission to museums and cultural sites throughout the country Hagia Sophia Mosque Egyptian Spice Market Bosphorus cruise Grand Bazaar Mosque of Süleyman the Magnificent (Blue Mosque under renovation) Topkapı Palace and Harem Anatolian Civilizations Museum Atatürk Mausoleum Mustafapaşa walking tour Göreme Open-Air Museum Cappadocia home-prepared lunch Cappadocia valley hike (weather permitting) Kaymaklı underground city Visit with imam Carpet-weaving demonstration Medieval caravanserai Mevlâna Rumi Museum Konya city tour Aspendos ancient theater Aphrodisias Pamukkale orientation Whirling Dervish performance Ephesus
Thanks for the quick response! But I was referring to the 7-day Best of Istanbul Tour, rather than the full country tour:)
I looked at the Best of Istanbul tour and Topkapi Palace is included on Day 2.
Thank you… yes, indeed… I need to read EVERY word, not just skim!!! Cheers🙌
Me too Stella! I missed the 7 day!!!
