Schedule Change ideas

Thank you all of you who gave me the correct phone number. I changed my password and contacted the airline. Whew! My account did say someone from a different ip address had tried to access my account.
Still curious as to my original question what to do with that extra day!

Before you do anything else, go back to your previous post, and remove the scammer's phone number.

I think you're missing the more critical questions about what happened as you describe it, and details are important (if not to you, to others who may fall victim to the same scammer).

First of all, please share some details on exactly how this happened.

Most likely would be if for some reason you decided to call Turkish Airlines, you googled them, saw a phone number in the search results, and just called that (not realizing this is a major scam epidemic rampant around the world), and ended up with the scammer. This happens to tens of thousands of victims, including members here, who have been bilked out of lots of money. If you did google them and call - what prompted you to call?

If you didn't do a search and then call them, please let us all know how you ended up on the phone with a fraudster. Were you responding to a text message, an email, a call that you received? Knowing these details will help others.

That fact that someone from a "different IP address tried to access your account" sounds like doubletalk. Who exactly told you that? What is the status of your original booking? You seem to still believe the (lets just say "questionable") assertion that your flight was cancelled for some nonsensical reason - and now you have an "extra day". Sounds like BS to me.

You would not be the first person here who was scammed over and over by the same scammer, and who continued to engage with them repeatedly even after they realizied they were being scammed. Are you sure you are dealing with who you think you are? What do they say about your "cancellation"? Because the story does not add up.

But first, get that scammer's phone number off your post. I do have a suggestion for that "extra day" but there seems to be a logical disconnect here: you only "lost" that day because of what was told to you by a scammer - which surely was a complete lie. If your flights have NOT changed (and I would expect that they have not) then you don't have an "extra day". Has your account been compromised completely and you still don't believe it? Is it still compromised? Are you still dealing with the scammers? Are you sure?

And Liz, I suggest even going further and deleting your original post completely. Amend this one with more details so people can track what you're asking.
