I booked flights on Turkish Airways Istanbul to Cappadocia - then Cappadocia to Pamukkale -plan was to be picked up from there and driven to Ephesus. But Turkish Airways just changed our flights now getting us into Pamukkale late in the evening vs morning.
Long story short I don't feel we have enough time to see the terraces as all will be closed by the time we arrive.
So with this extra day - should we spend the extra day in Ephesus ( 2 full days) or an extra day in Cappadocia ( 2 and 1/2 full days ) or one more day in Istanbul ( 4 full days).
Additionally, we are staying in Selcuk but could stay elsewhere if we end up there 3 N if you think a more interesting experience. We are in this region mid October.
Also, the reason Turkish Airlines said they cancelled that one portion of the flight was because i purchased economy seats ( the highest level ) vs business and they could cancel them again. It sounded very fishy and the rep said he could cancel my whole flight and rebook me, i do believe I was calling the official number 877-335-8488. Let me know what you think!

Several things don't make any sense to me. Not saying they're "fishy", just seems extremely weird and nonsensical - could be lost in translation. Or it could be a scam. Among the things that make no sense to me:
- Turkish Airlines says your ticket or that flight(?) was cancelled was because you bought a cheap seat? I don't believe that. I'd ask them if the FLIGHT was cancelled, or your TICKET was cancelled, and ask for a better explanation.
- They're offering to cancel it all and re-book you....would that include the leg that was cancelled? How is that possible? I suspect more miscommunication here, or (equally likely) some phone agent is just making up BS because they have no more idea what actually happened than my dog does, or....scam. Ask them if by re-booking, will you be back on your original flight?
- Yes, I would have some skepticism that you are being told the truth, and would wonder who exactly was feeding you this nonsense.

I just Googled the phone number you say is the "official" number. I see LOTS of posts on social media mentioning that number is the "official" number for multiple (different) airlines, none of which are Turkish Airlines, and also multiple links to scam warnings from the Better Business Bureau and other places. Pretty sure the number you posted is a scammer. Which would explain the nonsense you claim they gave you.
When I go to the Turkish Airlines website, the call center for USA they show is 888-874-8875, not the number you posted.
How exactly did this conversation happen? Did they call you? Did you call them? Where did you get that phone number, and why were you calling them?
I'd give the real Turkish Airlines number I posted above a call (look for it on their website under "Get In Touch" / Contact / Call Centers. Ask them what the heck is going on. I suspect this is all just a scam...but if they can confirm the silly nonsense you were told, then come back and post again, I'll give you my suggestion on what to do with your "extra" day (hint: it's none of the things you mentioned). But I think you should probably edit your post to remove the scammer's phone number.
