I have an overnight in Istanbul, Turkey in a month and I am looking for a safe and reliable car service to take me from IST airport to SAW airport. I am a 22 year old girl traveling alone, so I do not want to take a taxi. Please let me know if you have any car service suggestions.

And SAW is on the Asian side so you have to take a ferry or go across a bridge.
What do you mean by an overnight in Istanbul and then take a car or taxi to SAW from IST? Why not just fly to SAW?

No ferry no taxi. Taxi will cost you fortune and it will take a lot of time just to reach ferry terminal in Kadikoy from SAW.Get out of SAW Airport and you will see airport shuttle to Taksim.
