I would start this search by getting a price quote from Auto Europe. Perhaps you'll get other rec.s, but that at least gives you something to compare.

A few years ago we used Economycarrentals for a 3 day rental in Cappadocia. They are a wholesaler and the rental company delivered and picked up the car at the hotel. We had good luck with them there and also in another part of Turkey where we kept the car for 8 days and returned it to a different location. Be aware that in Turkey they deliver the car with a nearly empty gas tank and you're expected to return it that way. You can check the prices at Economycarrentals and Autoeurope for comparison.
