We have arranged a private tour for 17 days. We will have different private guides throughout the tour in the different cities we'll visit. What would be appropriate for tipping the guide for a half-day tour? For a full-day tour? And what's appropriate for tipping a driver for a transfer between cities that takes a couple hours? I want to make sure we are planning enough cash for tips.
