In April, 2026, we had an excellent young dad and taxi (taksi) driver, Suleyman Dimirci (Email: [email protected], Whatsapp: +905434136585) hired as a cab driver hired locally in Goreme to drive us to several Rick Steves approved spots in Cappadocia, Turkey. A beautiful area. Suleyman speaks good English, is upbeat, energetic, courteous and kind and very helpful. We highly recommend him. He is a Goreme native and shared an interesting perspective on changes in the area as it has become a major tourism hub in Central Turkey. Reasonable rates for a partial, full or multiple days service, please inquire (we hired him for 9:30am to 4:30pm on a weekday). He took to us Old Greek House in Mustafapasa (excellent and highly recommended), ask for the FREE poster of beautiful old Mustafapasa doors and don't miss St Jean Church.
