Going on the Istanbul city trip at the end of March, during Ramadan. Any input on how that my affect the trip?

I was in Antalya for three weeks during Ramadan this year. The main thing I noticed was that I was often the only person having lunch in local eating establishments. (Of course, Antalya is one of the more secular cities in Turkey.)
