Turkey is an extremely large country. My guess is that weather varies considerably from place to place. The Wikipedia entries for cities usually include a climate-summary chart with some monthly averages. There's usually at least one measure of precipitation included. You can check your destinations on Wikipedia. Here's Istanbul:

Summer tends to be the dry season in most of Turkey, although rain is always possible.

You might want to check weatherspark for historical weather info by city.

We may have had moments of light rain during our 2022 Best of Istanbul tour in late May. I don't recall rain during our Best of Turkey tour in early June. We were prepared with rain shells nonetheless.
