I'm looking for suggestions on how to get a tour to Miletus (or Miletus-Didyma-Priene) from Kusadasi. I will be staying in town and not arriving by cruise ship.
I've searched online and tried with some big companies that offer such tours, but I am a solo traveler and one company only takes 2 or more - another company has denied my request (no reason stated). I have checked AI for suggestions for local tour companies - have reached out to some through their contact link on websites - no reply. As a woman traveling alone, I would rather be part of a cobbled together little group of people than having an individual tour anyway. Any suggestions?
If the above is an impossible dream, what does it look like to have a driver? Would they just take me to the site then sit around and wait for a few hours? (I don't trust my phone connectivity enough to take a taxi out there then trust that I can call a taxi from Miletus to get back to Kusadasi.)
