Has anyone read about the 2 shot vaccine for measles being required for Europe?
This is a recommendation, not a requirement and only applies to those born after 1957.
Here are the CDC recommendations for Turkey. Everything is a recommendation, no requirements. There is a general worldwide caution about increase in measles cases at the top of the page.

Yes Mr E, thank goodness cause we are going in October and I don’t nor want any extra Dr. visits or shots.
I was born before 1957 but will have the measles and Hep A and Hep B titers performed at my next lab visit for my annual checkup in June. We leave for France in September. Just checking to be sure for my own peace of mind, not because of travel. More and more of us are having titers performed according to my primary.
For anyone on the fence about re-vaccination, here's something to keep in mind. Make your own choice, I'm not going to debate anyone but be aware what you may be choosing.
Are you aware that measles has the ability to wipe out your immunity to everything else? It's like a hard reset on your immune system so it doesn't recognize anything-except measles. It makes you susceptible to everything until your immune system re-develops immunity-which can take years (or require full revaccination) and leaves you vulnerable to anything in the interim.

Barbara, I wasnt really sure of the point of my Thank g-d. Its a thing between a person and their doctor and really doesnt belong here beyond is it required or not for travel.
I got a measles booster before I started my recent trip. It took me a 5 minute visit to the CVS and my insurance covered it. I was born during the period of time when there were two versions of the measles vaccine … one of which was not very effective. I don’t know which version I got and I didn’t want to take the risk.
I wonder why folks who need the vaccine don't have it for home?
