I visited Jennifer's Hamam in Istanbul as a result of a listing in the Rick Steves Istanbul guide. The bath towel I bought is the best I've ever had--far more absorbent and worth the price. We had limited luggage space, so I only bought one.
Jennifer's offers relatively modest shipping rates and great service. I received mine in a week or less via UPS. Because of agreements with wholesalers, it is much more expensive to order from outside than to buy at the shop in Istanbul and then have it shipped. I bought from outside because Jennifer's was offering a substantial discount to keep the weavers in business during the pandemic. I've actually bought some items there as well, and yes, it's a nice shop with good quality goods. I'm sure it's not the cheapest around, but the owner was very helpful and the items were very nice.
