Does anyone know if the Cankurtaran terminal is open? (Sultanahmet neighborhood) I clicked on the Google map icon for the station, and at the bottom was a note that the station was closed.

I believe there is only one north-bound passenger train operating per day (train 81031) and it is to/from Istanbul Sirkeci station only.

That's a shame. I would like to enjoy the shoreline on the way to my RS hotel. Think I'll hire a taxi. Thank you for your quick response .
