Will be staying near the Spice Bazaar--does anyone have recommendations nearby for an authentic/full Turkish breakfast?

Breakfast is a serious meal in Turkey.
Any decent hotel with a good restaurant will offer a spread that will blow your mind.
Bread, spreads, olives, vegetables. meats, eggs, cheese, fruits, nuts... it will all be there in abundance. You will have a hard time deciding what to try.
If you don't enjoy what your hotel offers (I am presuming that you will) ask the concierge for a recommendation.

Look for the cheese borek that is on breakfast buffets.
