We are taking the Metro from the IST airport, just for the experience, to our hotel. The hotel is between Taxism Square and Sishane Metro stops. What would be a better choice in regards to steepness, distance and convenience since we will be walking.

Did you change hotel locations? Your prior posts were going to Sultanahmet. I think it's probably easier to take a bus or metro to Taksim and then walk down to your hotel.

This hotel is on our return to Istanbul. We have the Sultanahmet Palace Hotel before the RS Tour begins.

I see. I would look at the airport website that lists all the transport options I know there is a direct bus to Taksim that would likely be easier than the metro. Some forum members have used it so hopefully they will provide details.
