Hello, we will be traveling to the Cappadocia region for 3 nights in Oct 2025. I would love to get some recommendations for an itinerary, hotel and Hot Air Balloon company. We will be flying from Istanbul and probably renting a car to tour the area. Thanks!

The RS Istanbul guidebook has a chapter on Cappadocia with good suggestions for things to do and lodging recommendations.
I was on a RS tour and they arranged a balloon ride with Kapadokya Balloons. Book your flight the very first morning you are there so that if conditions prevent a launch, you have the chance to go one of the next two mornings. Most companies will do this, but read the fine print.
