My husband are leaving Turkey on a 6AM flight and would like to stay near the airport on our last night. Any recommendations would be welcome. :)

Don't know about hotels close to the airport, but there is a hotel inside the airport. It's called the "Yotel" (short for Yolculuk Hotel), and it saved our hides during the great Covid shutdown of March 2020. It was about 150 Euros a night, clean and comfortable.
Edit: I just looked at their website, and it looks like that there are two of them, one airside and another land-side. Make sure to pick the one that you want.
