We are visiting Istanbul from September 17-22. My husband and sister got their visas to enter Turkey through a third party. I got mine through the Turkish government website. Now my husband and my sister have gotten emails saying a Health Certificate is needed. I have not received any such email. I can't tell from the Turkish government website if we need a Health Certificate or not.
Any advice on this?

The official website for the "Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health Form of Entrance Due to Pandemic Threat" (e.g., health certificate) still says "This form must be completed within the last 72 hours before travel."

I uploaded the completed form to the United "Travel Ready" center before my (May, 2022) flight. I was never asked to show it to anyone in the US or in Turkey, but the website says "The completion of this form can be checked at the Turkish border."
If a website is asking for payment, it is a 3rd party.
