I loved the tour I took with Culinary Backstreets (https://culinarybackstreets.com/category/cities-category/istanbul/), and I know a number of other folks who have taken their tours in Istanbul and other locations and really enjoyed them.
There are a number of options. I'd suggest you pick the one (or ones) that sound most appealing. I'm sure they're all fabulous.
